MINDFULNESS IS KEY

A slow pace allows you to focus on yoga and/or meditation classes, led by expert instructors, ready to teach all levels of ability.

STAY ACTIVE

You have a choice of staying active while trying out a stand up paddle boarding yoga or a hike behind a powerful waterfall. Your tension will be released by Thai Massage or from diving into crystal clear waters surrounded by tropical fish.
